When will my order be ready for pickup? Your new bike will be ready 1 hour after your order is placed. If your order was placed after 5PM, your bike will be ready by 11AM the next day.
What if my new bike isn’t in stock? One hour pickup only applies to in stock bikes. Warehouse orders require 2-5 days for shipping and assembly.
How long will you hold my order? As long as you would like.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order on time? Not a problem. We will hold the bike as long as you need.
Can someone else pick up my order? Yep. Just make note of the person in the order comment field, and then just make sure they have both a photo ID and your confirmation email (printed or email version is fine).
Where do I go to pick up my order? Tell a staff member behind the front counter, or the first associate you see, that you are there to pick up an online bike order.
Can I order items to have installed on my new bike? Yes. We’ll properly install any gear you order with your new bike. When you come in for pickup, we’ll take some time to make sure everything is properly adjusted for you.
When will my credit card be charged? A hold is placed once you complete the order, but your card isn't charged until the items are placed and ready for pickup.
Can I cancel my order pickup? Yes. Just call us at (312) 751-2488 to let us know you’d like to cancel.
Can I return pickup items at the store? Yes. The process is like returning items purchased in-store. Just ask a staff member and they will walk you through the process.
Does my 7 day return/30 day exchange start when I place the order OR when I pick up? Your return exchange starts from the time of pick up.
