World Class Construction
Combining Trek's 700 Series OCLV Carbon with Trek's unique Kammtail Virtual Foil aero tube shape, the Madone SLR is the lightest, strongest, and fastest road bike Trek has ever produced. Tested in wind tunnels and on the open road, the Madone SLR has proven to be one of the most aerodynamic bikes ever.
Top Tube IsoSpeed
The Madone SLR takes Trek's groundbreaking adjustable IsoSpeed technology and moves it to the top tube. Since the IsoSpeed is horizontal, it isn’t limited by the length of the seat tube. This makes vertical compliance consistent across all frame sizes. The adjustable top tube IsoSpeed is 17% more compliant in its most compliant setting and 21% stiffer in its stiffest setting compared to past Madone models.
Full Integration
The new Madone SLR frame features full integration of components and cabling. Hidden cable routing, integrated rim brakes or flat mount disc brakes, a built-in mount for the Bontrager Flare RT tail light, hidden seatmast, and a Blendr enhanced aero cockpit come together to make one of the most aerodynamic setups on the market.
Optimal Geometry
Trek consulted members of Trek-Segafredo and Trek-Drops to develop the geometry of the Madone SLR. With their input, the geometry has been dialed in to provide the most aggressive and aerodynamic position available on a Trek road bike. This collaboration between top racers and top engineers makes the new Madone just as comfortable as it is fast.
