Bottom brackets have some of the highest torque specs of any component found on a bicycle. Despite this, some bottom bracket cups feature tool fittings that allow mere millimeters of engagement, which can be a problem when attempting removal or installation. Solution: the Park Tool Bottom Bracket Tool Retaining System. Used in conjunction with nearly any Park Tool bottom bracket tool, the BBT-RS uses a spring-based tension system to apply consistent, adjustable pressure to the tool, ensuring full engagement with the tool fitting and preventing slippage. The guide is made to be held in a vise and it has hardened-steel cutting slots and a secure clamp for the part you're cutting so that you make a perfect cut every time. The guide is compatible with round tubes from 1 to 1-3/4 inches in diameter and airfoil shaped parts up to 3.5 inches long. There are slots for standard and carbon-specific saw blades.

Park Tool's Bottom Bracket Bearing Tool Set removes and installs (with a bearing press which is sold separately) BB86, BB90, BB92 and Press Fit bottom brackets from Shimano, Race Face, SRAM and others that use a nominal 24mm-diameter spindle. This tool has a bearing remover that fits inside the bottom bracket shell and into the bearing so the bearings can be tapped out of the frame with a hammer. The set also includes two bushings that you use in conjunction with a bearing press for precision bearing installation (bearing press sold separately).

Truing stand upright extensions install in seconds on any TS-2 or TS-2.2 Truing Stand, allowing the stand to be used on wheels with hubs up to 200mm wide (tandem, fat and downhill bikes), as well as on wheels with a 29-inch mountain bike tire installed*. Park's Tire Seating Tool is designed to quickly seat the bead on stubborn tires. During inflation some tire beads can slip below the rim edge and become difficult to pull out and align. The CRS-15.2 uses two different insert rings to install bearing races on the 1.5-inch and 1-1/4-inch forks. The bearing surface is spared a direct hit by using aluminum inserts. Using a hammer, tap firmly on the end cap of the tube and seat the race into its proper place safely and accurately. Included extension allows work on fork steering tubes up to 425mm. - SHIS terminology: The CRS-15 services crown races in SHIS 33 and 40.

Please read below for use and compatibility information specific to each size cutter: - 45mm (690): The 690 cutting facer is used on the HTR-1, HTR-1B, BFS-1, and BTS-1 cutting and facing tools. The facer has an outside diameter of approximately 45mm. - 57mm (690XL): The 690-XL is a larger version of the 690 facer for the HTR-1 Head Tube Reamer and Facer. It has a nominal outside diameter of 57mm. It may be used in conjunction with the 788 reamer. It is also used with the 767 Pilot or the 768 Pilot to face only the large diameter headtubes used with, "low profile," ZS-type headsets. - 65mm (690-XXL): The 690-XXL faces large headtubes. The BKM-1.2 Hydraulic Brake Bleed Kit will bleed most models of mineral oil-based hydraulic bicycle disc brakes, including models made by Shimano®, Magura®, TRP®, Tektro®, Trick Stuff®, SRAM® DB8, Campagnolo®, Promax®, and Clarks®. Park Tool's 692 Left-Hand Bottom Bracket Tap is a 1.370" x 24 TPI replacement tap for the BTS-1 Bottom Bracket Tap Set. This tap is used on the drive side (right side) of the bike. This side of the bottom bracket uses a counter-clockwise or left-hand thread. Note: It is very important to have sharp and accurate cutting tools for effective tapping and thread-chasing. Using an excessively worn or damaged tap can cause permanent damage to the frame and/or bottom bracket.

Park Tool's 752 Reamer and Spacer Set allows reaming of bottom bracket frame shells in the BB30 standard. The reamer is sized at 41.94mm. It is used with the HTR-1 Head Tube Reamer and Facer and a 750.2 Centering Cone (each sold separately). The set includes a spacer to stop the reaming depth.
